Children's Fund of School Psychology, Inc
It is with a heavy heart that the Board of Directors of the Children’s Fund of School Psychology has decided to cancel the annual auction scheduled for February 17, 2022 during the NASP Boston convention. The Board of Directors felt that it would be unconscionable to promote an optional social event in which it would be difficult to maintain social distance. Therefore, please do not bring auction donations to the NASP convention this year.
Since the annual auction is the primary fundraising event of the Children’s Fund of School Psychology, we are hoping to conduct an on-line auction in late Spring. With this format, we request donations that can easily be sent to the highest bidder. Such donations might include gift cards and vouchers for things such as sporting events and vacations. Some state organizations of school psychology have already indicated that they would like to send a cash donation to the Children’s Fund this year. If your state decides to pursue a cash donation, these may be sent to the following address: Children’s Fund of School Psychology, P.O. Box 892, Fayetteville, GA 30214 or submitted as a donation via PayPal on this website.
During the annual NASP convention, the Children’s Fund of School Psychology always selects a host city project, and this year Raise a Reader (Massachusetts branch) has been selected. We are encouraging those attending this year’s NASP convention to donate a book or two suitable for children from birth to 8 years to support our efforts. Books may be brought to the Children’s Fund Exhibit Hall booth during the NASP convention.
We appreciate the continued state support of the Children’s Fund of School Psychology’s mission. Such support helps enable the Children’s Fund to provide Basic Needs Grants, Mental Health Grants, Service Grants, and Disaster Relief Grants to school psychologists throughout the United States.
CFSP, Inc. values your donations and memberships which help us fund grants for school psychologists. Please join and/or donate at the "Member/Donate" page of this website at any time of the year.
